Timornewsline,- The Timorese Anti-Corruption (KAK) Commissary, Aderito de Jesus Soares has called on his investigators to learn English before sending them to take part in other trainings in abroad.
"English is a window for us to see outside world; therefore I am calling on you to study hard. And I will not allow my investigators to attend any training in abroad if they cannot speak English," Soares said.
Soares made the comments during the opening ceremony for English legal terms training course facilitated by Community Development Interest (CDI) in cooperation with Justice Facility last Friday.
Soares thanked the Australian and the US embassies for their support to this project, as it will help facilitate his officers to learn English. Josmel
