MP Arao Noe de Jesus from the National Congress for the Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT) rejects the recent report of the United Nations agency, because the report is false.
He added that CNRT has good policies for the future of this country and Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao has never impeded the development process in the country.
MP de Jesus said the allocation of US $1,32 billion for the general state budget is not only from the Government’s will to allocate such amount of money but the money was also approved by the Parliament, therefore the Parliament should take responsibility for this case as well.
“The funds for infrastructure appear because we are lacking human resources, and therefore it is better to have a meeting in order to find a solution to respond to those big projects,” MP de Jesus said.
MP Pedro Mártires da Costa, who is also from CNRT, also rejects the report of the UN agency and he believes that the report is mixed with political interests.
