Govt continues asking UNMIT to correct its report which discredits Gusmao

Deputy Prime Minster Jose Luis Guterres said the Government continues asking United Nations Integrated Mission in Timor-Leste (UNMIT) to correct its report which has discredited Prime Minster Xanana Gusmao.

Guterres affirmed that they have given suggestions to the UN to correct some parts of its report. According to him, some information in the report is false, as they [the UN] mentioned that the Government will purchase second hand generators.

Guterres added that the Government is accepting of criticism, but it could not accept unconstructive criticism.
