MP Aniceto Guterres from Fretilin , said the two special funds for human capital and infrastructure development presented by the Government in the general state budget for 2011 was like an investment for National Congress for the Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT).

“The two funds could be considered as an investment for the CNRT for the general elections in 2012,” MP Guteres said.

MP Romeu Moizes from the National Congress for the Timorese Reconstruction (CNRT), stressed that the two special funds were set up in order to support and accelerate the country’s development process, adding that these two funds would easily be controlled by the government.

“It does not mean I am unconfident in our party, but this is because of professionalism and progress,” MP Moizes said.

Well, want it or not, the two funds were approved in the state budget by your excellency shrs deputados including Mr Aniceto Guterres.

What it or not, FRETILIN RADIKAL in 2007 took 10% out of each winning project and "force" the empresarios to submit submit them to Commite Central BP-7 (CCF).

In addition to that, FRETILIN RADIKAL BP-7 also manipulated lots of state projects to fund its campaigns, unfortunately TO NO
AVAIL.

So why making a FUSS out of it?

Its just like A BURGLAR IS TRYING TO WARN ANOTHER THIEF "NOT TO STEAL".

Basta ser! You all are burglars, STOP LYING THE PEOPLE.

How you got it all wrong. The current thieves are not needed to be remind of anything of a such as a lot, a mean a lot of money have gone missing. The current thieves are trying to show the previous ones that when AMP do steal they steal in style and in great magnitude. And who have won the race? The current is as they almost have emptied the bank and its members and families are getting richer and richer by the hour.

NO - my friend!

This government has the all instruments established to scrutinize its work:

Procuradoria Geral headed by a DIE-HARD FRETILINist, Ana Pessoa;

Provedoria is headed by another DIE-HARD FRETILIN assimilado, Sebastiao Ximenes;

The FRETILIN at the parliament barking non-stop without evidence, all the time;

Well, if u have the evidence that this government is corrupt, show then the evidence. Timor-Leste is a democratic and sovereign country. Its no longer a subservient country to that of the colonialists or remnants of colonialists.

The truth is BOTH the previous and the current governments are not corrupt but there maybe elements in both that are CORRUPTS.

Mari Alkatiri is one of them
