Prosecutor General Ana Pessoa has sent an official letter to the Parliament, asking to allow MP Manuel Tilman to testify in the Public Prosecution.
The Prosecutor General Pessoa wrote to the Parliamentary President Fernando "Lasama" de Araujo in order to remove political immunity of MP Tilman before he appears in the Public Prosecution for testifying.
MP Manuel Tilman, said he is ready to cooperate and appear in the Public Prosecution, but he does not know why the Prosecutor General summon him, adding that he will appear in the Public Prosecution next Monday.
"The letter is sent to the Parliamentary President Fernando "Lasama" de Araujo to remove my political immunity, so that I can appear in the Public Prosecution to testify," MP Tilman said.
