Administrator of Zumalai Sub-district in Suai, Manuel Freitas, said that he has deployed his man (intelligence), to monitor the movements of masked ninjalike people who are threatening local residents.

He added that there are some people believed to do this in the Polo area of Mape village. He also said that he will make efforts to monitor people of the group Bua-Malus who extort money from his residents.
He also called on the people to report those who ask people for money to the police, so that they can take the necessary action to respond these cases.
