Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao said many private sectors in the country were opportunists as they did not maintain quality of the projects they managed. "Many private sectors are opportunists, because we know our own characters.
Some of them do it well, but some others do it quickly as they want the project finished soon so that they can buy a second hand taxi," PM Gusmao said.
PM Gusmao said the Government is now creating a rigorous mechanism to control private sectors who did not maintain the quality of the projects.
