Director for Luta Hamutuk Mericio Akara said the Timorese Government had spent the country's state budget totally US 2106, 044, yet the development in Timor-Leste had not been achieved optimally.
"Every year the Government allocates great amount of money for the country's development, but the roads and bridges are still bad conditions, "Akara Said.
Akara added that, based on Luta Hamutuk's observation each year the Parliament approved a big amount of money which is allocated to the development of the country, but has not run well.
Akara also called on the Court of Appeal to hold profound investigation into all ministers and directors, as they have misused the money for the sake of their political party's interest.
Mericio said that the AMP Government's mandate was about to end, yet the country's state budget had only been spent for overseas visit. Josmel
