Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao said the country did not need law to regularize the National Petroleum Authority (ANP), but a decree law for the Government.

PM Gusmao said no need for the Parliament to approve a law that would control the work carried out by the ANP as it was the policy of the fourth constitutional governance.

"We can create a mechanism or a decree law to control it, it does not important to say that ANP is approved by the Parliament," PM Gusmao said.

MP Manuel Tilman said it was important to the Parliament to approve a law that would control the work of the ANP in the future.

BANANA THE LUNATIC CANNOT CONTROL HIMSELF AGAIN. HE THINKS THAT THE WHOLE PARLIAMENT IS STUPID AND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT ARE HIS REAL INTENTIONS.

EVERY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THAT HAS NATURAL RESOURCES, SPECIALLY PETROLIUM AND GAS HAS A A LAW TO GOVERN AND CONTROL THE NATIONAL PETROLIUM AUTHORITY IN ORDER FOR THE GOVERNMENT AND THE AUTHORITY TO BE ACCOUNTABLE AND RESPONSIBLE WHEN SPENDING THE FUNDS DERIVED FROM THE RESOURCES. IT WOULD BE LUDRICROUS AND FOOLISH BUT ALSO ALMOST CRIMINAL TO NOT ALLOW THE PARLAIMENT TO ESTABLISH THIS LAW
