MP Fernanda Borges from the National Unity Party (PUN) has accused the State Secretary for Energetic Policy, Avelino Coelho of distributing Solar Panel to his party's followers.
"When we go down to the base, the local residents said that the solar panel distributed by the Government was only look at the party.
Only the PST party followers can receive the solar panel and those who want to have it then they should joint with the PST party," MP Borges said.
MP Borges made the statements during the Parliamentary debate on the general state budget for 2011 totally US$ 985 million.
The State Secretary for Energetic Policy, Avelino Coelho hit back and saying that he distributed the solar panel to the poor and those people who are living in the remote area that has not electricity.
