The ex-Deputy Prime Minister for Public Administration and Good Governance, Mario Viegas Carrascalao who is also MP from the Social Democratic Party (PSD) said there was no coordination among the ministers when he was still taking over the post.

"I always say that the ministers in the Government have no coordination. On the bases of this, some of the minister did not appear in the meetings which were not led by the prime minister, but if the meetings led by Prime Minister Gusmao they were present," Carrascalao said.

Carrascalao made the comments during the debate of the country's general state budget which was held at the Parliament House on Thursday (13/1).

Carrascalao added that he was able to coordinate with all the ministers to take part in the meeting, so that it could not implicate the Government's work.
