Luta Hamutuk NGO is pessimistic with the Government's capability of executing the country's general state budget for 2011 successfully.
Director for Luta Hamutuk, Mericio Akara said the provisional results of the last year's budget execution had just reached 58% and that would be an indicator that the Government was incapable of executing a great amount of the state budget.
Akara stressed that this percentage shows that the Government will not be able to execute the state budget more than US $ 1 billion this year up to 85%.
Akara affirmed that the general state budget for this year is much than last few years and now he has not questioned anymore about the amount, but how could the Government execute it.
