The local residents, in Moris Foun, a suburb of the Capital of Dili have strongly criticized and condemned the UN-Malaysian Police and the Timorese National Police, as they have not responded to the fight which have left a man killed.
Unnamed source affirmed that the fight involving young gang happened in front of the Malaysian Police's camp and near the Timorese police academy and said some people tried to ask the police, yet they refused to respond to the situation.
"We tried to contact the police, but did not come and then we stone at them asking them to return to their country," the source said.
According to them, the UN and the PNTL have not worked professionally and that have made people not to remain calm.
