The Fretilin MPs are concerned about the Government's policy which continues allocating budget to international advisors, as there has been transparency on the capability of the international advisors MP Antoninho made the comments during the debate of the general state budget in the Parliament on Thursday (20/1).
Bianco said if the Government continued allocating the budget and that would let the international advisors to be benefited and could keep dominating the country's state institutions.
Bianco is also concerned about the attitude of the state secretary for the Council of Ministers, as he refuses to explain numbers of the international advisors which were hired last year.
