If there is money available for that purpose why not pay them according to what they want?
If there is money to donate to other rich countries, then why not provide enough money to pay those people according to their demand?
By the end of the day they are timorese people, they deserve the State's fair treatment as citizen of a free nation!
Timorese millions of dollars AVAILABLE MUST be spent for timorese people not to be donated to other RICH countries!
