Fretilin bench in the Parliament has alleged Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao of placing himself as the country's constitution, as he has violated principle of separation of power.
MP Aniceto Guterres from the Fretilin said it was dangerous when the top leader the country did not respect other state bodies decision. "A leader who makes decision and he does not respect other state bodies' decision will endanger the state," Guterres said.
Guterres made the comments, due to Prime Minister Xanana Gusmao has not explained honestly about the Court of Appeal's examination to the general state budget for 2009 in the Parliament.
He added that as Prime Minister Gusmao should respect justice and process of the courts in the country.

Fretilin government in the past might have made some mistakes but they were nothing compared to the actual AMP government's failures in all its policies relating to the management of Timor Leste as a country.
AMP government has made great mistakes in regard to economy, agriculture, social policy and infrastructures. The last one is the wort in performance showed by xanana government! Clear lack of planning due to incompetence in so many of its strategist programs in infrastructures is so obvious. Waste..waste..waste and waste of people's money only to fatten some corrupts wankers in the government is the worst tragedy of timorese daily pictures. Specially, to point an example Heavy Oil Project!! People's money is being wasted because of incompetence of those in the government from the start of the project!! Chaos is the best word to explain this project!! Corruption is new culture in the governance of AMP!! Not to mention so many failures in AMP government which are a complete disgust to timor people!!! We need change, we need new government, we need those corrupt disgusting animals in AMP to be put in prison!!
Rogerio Lobato does not need to be back to prison because he has done what the justice system demands. He has past through a justice processes and was pardoned by the State - read Jose Ramos Horta! Brave Man is Rogerio Lobato who has real courage to confront the consequences of a political conspiration against him and his political party..yes brave man !! He is better than those fucking asshole piece of shits and coward mother fuckers like Fernando Lasama, Paulo Martins, Rui Lopes, Xanana Gusmao and so many more cowards mastermind of 2006 crisis in the overthrowing Fretilin Government!! Those are coward mother fuckers that need to be questioned in this case not Rogerio Lobato!!!

Those idiots in AMP used Alfredo Reinado and Gastão Salsinha to consolidate their coup de etat and 2006 crisis. How dare of them to speak about the so called 'militia' created by Rogerio?
Alfredo Reinado was used by xanana to feed his starving for power and Alfredo was killed afterward by xanana using Herkules men in close cooperation with some elements of retired Kopasus (TNI) members! A clean kill to remove xanana's main obstacle to maintain his stay in power! Xanana (CNRT) and Fernando Lasama (PD) are the ones responsible for the death of Alfredo and the shooting of Ramos Horta!!
Why those bullets found in Alfredo's body did not match with the weapons used by FDTL guys??.. Why the ones found in Ramos Horta body did not match with Alfredo's men weapons?? Because obviously they (those bullets) did not come from those people's weapons!! They were bullets shot from Herkules professional men, well trained ex Kopasus soldiers!! Those Herkules men were paid and contracted in short term by Xanana to eliminate Alfredo Reinado and Ramos Horta!! The second one to kill Horta failed or was intended so as a warning to the president not to call early election!!
