Minister for Planning and Finance, Emilia Pires said that it was important for the Timorese Government to create human resources before implementing its strategic planning.

This is good opportunity for us to discus this issues together because we are preparing strategic planning of development investment,” Minister Pires said.
Minister Pires made the statement yesterday during an international conference for investment, adding that the conference was a good opportunity to the Government to seek for solution to resolve problem of investment development in the country.
Pires added that they also discus draft law of the Ministry of Economy and Development about investment law, adding that it would be submitted to the Parliament for approval.

Wow! How many years is she in the government? She might have forgotten but it is mores than three years. One wonders what was she doing all this time? Only now that she wakes up and realises that there is a need to develop human resources. Is she ran out of money to pay high salary for her incompetent friends? What a joker she is!
