Public Defender, Sergio Hornai said the abuse of power case, involving Deputy Prime Minister Jose Luis Guterres and Foreign Affairs Minister, Zacarias Albano da Costa had been filed in the court for legal proceedings.
Hornai affirmed that the case is being filed in the court, so that the judges could learn its content to take decision for trial.
Hornai stressed that the one who accused of engaging in the case have the right to make a self-defense against the accusation made.The case which engaged the country’s two government officials was filled in the Court last month.
