Director for LABEH NGO, Christopher Henry Samson said he did trust that the decentralization development package project (PDD) would damage the Parliamentary Majority Alliance (AMP) Government's image and dignity,due to it had not been implemented based on the criteria set.
Samson stressed that the joint working team of the PDD had started not working well in Aileu, Bobonaro and Manatuto.
Samson also said this joint working team shared the project and was not based on the criteria set.
He called on the Government to hold re-assessment to the implementationof the PDD, as it could damage the Government's image.
