The Timorese ex-Prime Minister Mari Alkatiri appeared in the Public Prosecution officer on Thursday (5/8) to complete information on the bribery allegation by former MP Leandro Izac saying Alkatiri was bribed by Kuwait Government.
“My presence here is to complete my information on the referred case, as I was the one who made claims for the case,” Alkatiri said.
Alkatiri said he was dissatisfied with the allegation publicly made by Leandro Izac saying he was bribed from Kuwait.
Alkatiri also said he wanted investigation into the case to be held, so that it could uncover the truth.
