The Timorese MPs said the UN mandate would end in 2012; therefore the Timorese people should contribute to the country’s stability.
MP Renan Selak said he still remembered that the UN Mission would come to end in 2012; therefore he called on the Timorese people to create stability in the country.

Meanwhile, MP David Diaz Ximenes said stability in the country should not be decided by the UN, but it in the hands of the Timorese people.
