President Jose Ramos Horta said negotiation for establishment of refugee processing center in Timor-Leste proposed by the Australian Prime Minster Julia Gillard was still going on.
Horta said if Australia wanted to talk more on the issue of refugee processing center after general elections there in August he was ready for that.
Horta stressed that he firmly maintain with his position, as it was about humanitarian issues.
