The Social Democratic Party (PSD), President Francisco Xavier do Amaral said so far the country’s people had not enjoyed the development in Timor- Leste, as the Government was full of corruption, nepotism and collusion.
Xavier made the comments in relation to the approved additional state budget worth US $ 178 million.
Xavier stressed that the Government was not capable enough to execute such a great amount; therefore it could avoid corruption.
He added that the Government could make a national development plan consultation, but it should not waste people’s money.
He also called on the country’s politicians to think of the Timor-Leste’s future by contributing to the country’s development.
