The Parliamentary Committee C for Economy, Finance and anti-corruption President, Manuel Tilman said the state budget worth US$ 18 million of the US$71 million were allocated to the referendum package project was unclear.
"Based on the Finance and Planning Minister Emilia Pires' explanation that only US$52was allocated to the referendum package project and it means that about US$19 million went missing or we do not know what the money was spent for," Tilman said.
Tilman also stressed statement of Minster Pires about quality of the referendum package projects was different from the statement made by the State Secretary for Public works.
