President Jose Ramos Horta has promised to give US$, 500 to the five national organizations respectively each month.
President Horta decided to give the money to those organizations, because they contributed to the country’s development process where they had conducted social service and education to help the local residents.
Those five organizations are Conventu Iliomar, Lolotoe, Baro-Pite Clinic, Agriculture school of Ermera and the youth group care with environment (Grupu Hadomi Ambiente).
President Horta said the objective of providing the money was to support them to continue carrying out their social service to provide social assistance to the people in the country.
